Delivery and Returns
Mount Paragliding supplies quality Ozone products and customer service and satisfaction is very important to us.
Mount Paragliding wants you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible so we strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible (subject to payment authorization and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know.
Delivery Times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excluding public holidays, etc.)
Please be sure to check goods received from couriers to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If this is not possible please sign for the item as ‘Unchecked’. If the item has been damaged please mark it as ‘Damaged’. If the item is damaged in transit and not signed for as such then we cannot be liable for the damage and the item will not be replaced.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We will either issue a credit for the item or send a replacement product.
Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be charged for the replacement item.
Any item returned is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.
Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
