We are currently experiencing delays in getting product due to Covid. Prior to making an order on our website it is advised you call and we will give you updated information on the product delivery date.
If the product you order is in stock it can be delivered in 3-5 days. If it needs to be manufactured the process can take up to 150 days.
Upon placing your order you will first receive an order confirmation email. If your first choice colour is not in stock you will be contacted again to give you the option of selecting a colour that is. Of course, it's entirely up to you whether you change your product colour or stay with your original choice.
Mount Paragliding wants to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. The manufacturer will not ship a product without payment in full therefore it's important your payment is prompt. All orders are placed within 24 hours of payment clearing. Orders placed Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Orders are delivered using NZ Couriers and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential or business addresses - PO Boxes are not accepted.
Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it.
Mount Paragliding will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond Mount Paragliding's control.
You will receive email notification of your order being shipped. It will contain your tracking number.
For orders $500 and over shipping is free. For orders under $500 shipping is $20. All orders are tracked.
Before payment is required at checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
