Refund policy

Mount Paragliding supplies quality products, and customer service and satisfaction is very important to us.

We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will let you know - usually by email.

Please select carefully at the time of ordering because we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

Mount Paragliding generally does not keep new paragliders, harnesses and paramotors in stock (along with some other items) to ensure we are able to provide the latest products. The delivery times on these items vary from 14-35 days.

Delivery times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, no Saturday deliveries, excludes public holidays, etc.)

Please be sure to check goods received from couriers to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If this is not possible please sign for the item as ‘Unchecked’. If the item has been damaged please mark it as ‘Damaged’.  If the item is damaged in transit and not signed for as such then we cannot be liable for the damage and the item will not be replaced.

Any item returned is at your own risk and cost. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we will have to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging.

Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
