Mount Paragliding wants to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
Prior to making a product order on our website it is advised you call or email darrell@mountparagliding.co.nz and we will give you updated information on the product manufacture and delivery dates.
If the product you order is in stock it can be delivered in 3-5 working days. If it needs to be manufactured the process can take up to 35 days.
Most manufacturers will not ship a product without payment in full therefore it's important your payment is prompt, please pay through our website on order. All orders are placed within 24 hours of payment clearing. Orders are placed Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Orders are delivered using Pass the parcel, maximum dimensions are 25kgs, 1.8m in length, 0.06m3 and less than $500 product value. NZ Post is used for larger items. Tracking details will be provided for both. PO Boxes are not accepted.
Mount Paragliding will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond Mount Paragliding's control.

Order Tracking
You will receive email notification of your order being shipped. It will contain your tracking number.
Shipping Rates
For orders $500 and over shipping is free. All orders are tracked.
Before payment is required at checkout, you will be shown the cost of shipping.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
